Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing, opening or using the Tipzy mobile app or related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Tipzy has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or otherwise harmful content or behaviour.

You will not:

• Submit, transmit or display objectionable content of any kind — this includes nicknames, avatars, answers and any other user-generated input.
• Harass, threaten, bully, impersonate or otherwise abuse any player, creator or staff member.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, other players' experience or any live event.

We may remove content, suspend access and permanently ban any user we believe has violated this section, without notice and at our sole discretion. Confirmed violations are acted on within 24 hours.

3. Reporting and blocking

If you encounter objectionable content or an abusive user, report it by emailing go@tipzy.me with as much detail as you can share (route, event code, time and a screenshot if possible). We review every report and respond promptly.

4. Anonymous accounts

Tipzy creates an anonymous identifier on first launch so the Service can save your nickname, avatar and trip progress. You are responsible for everything done from your device under that identifier.

5. Service "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipzy disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app on next launch and require fresh acceptance before you can continue.
